Senior Frontend Software Engineer, Admin Console (React)

About the role

This role offers the opportunity to build secure, scalable web applications that support enterprise customers around the world. You will contribute to the evolution of an advanced administrative platform used to manage users, permissions, policies, and critical settings. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you will partner with backend engineers, product managers, and UX specialists to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated React-based applications that power enterprise administration experiences.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable React-based web applications for enterprise administrative workflows.
• Build complex user interface experiences, including role-based access controls, policy management, configuration tools, and audit-related views.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and deliver seamless application functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested frontend code following modern engineering best practices.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, technical planning, and long-term platform improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain high engineering standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve frontend performance, usability, and reliability issues.
• Partner with product managers and UX designers to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
• Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
• Continuously improve development processes, application quality, and platform scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend software engineering.
• Strong proficiency with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Experience building complex web applications for enterprise, administrative, or large-scale business environments.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, component design, and scalable UI patterns.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices and enterprise application requirements.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and design partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to the role’s involvement with government cloud environments.
