Senior Frontend Software Developer (Flutter)

In this role, you will contribute directly to the development and scaling of innovative digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. You will work in an international environment, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and help shape a fast-growing organization from its early stages. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement frontend architecture for ERP NextGen modules
• Optimize performance and scalability of Flutter applications
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with backend teams on API contract discussions
• Ensure a high level of quality, customer focus, and scalability in all deliverables
• Actively contribute ideas and take ownership for initiatives and outcomes
• Support the growth and professional development of colleagues through collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Act in alignment with company values and contribute to a respectful and performance-oriented culture

• Must have 4+ years of Flutter/mobile experience
