Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP NextGen frontend modules
• Collaborate closely with backend, QA, and product teams
• Aktively contribute ideas and take ownership for initiatives and outcomes
• Ensure a high level of quality, customer focus, and scalability in all deliverables
• Support the growth and professional development of colleagues through collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Act in alignment with company values and contribute to a respectful and performance-oriented culture

Hard Skills We Expect

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Confident and professional use of Microsoft products, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Fully fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Functional / Technical Hard Skills Required Must 2+ years Flutter experience
• Solid Dart and Flutter fundamentals
• State management experience
• REST API integration
• Git (branches, pull requests)
• Works independently on features
• Nice to Have Clean Architecture OOP principles
• SQL basics
• Experience with other languages
• Performance optimization basics
