The Opportunity
We're doing an AI-first engineering rebuild for a company that already has an audience of 100M+ people. This is a zero-to-one build with no legacy constraints, so you get to define a modern frontend stack from scratch instead of inheriting a tangle of old code. You're here to build customer-facing experiences that millions of people actually use.
The Product
- Design, build, and evolve the user-facing applications at the center of the MrBeast membership ecosystem.
- Work in close partnership with product and design to turn requirements into clean, high-quality experiences.
- Optimize for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across core flows.
- Set and enforce frontend standards and patterns, and drive their adoption across teams.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance, and resolve the gnarly production issues.
Who You Are
- AI-Native: You're already using AI coding agents daily to multiply your output, and modern tooling is second nature.
- Deep Frontend Builder: Typically 8+ years in software engineering with serious frontend depth, building modern web apps in JavaScript and TypeScript and maintaining scalable architectures in production.
- Performance Minded: You have a real command of performance optimization, testing strategy, accessibility, and web standards, and you can prove the wins with metrics.
- Owner: You take a problem from design through production support, and you raise the bar for the engineers around you.
Bonus points
- Building and maintaining design systems
- Modern frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular

- A track record of leading technical initiatives across teams
