We are looking for an exceptional Frontend Engineer to join our early founding team. The right candidate specializes in modern frontend technologies (React/Typescript, NextJS, Tailwind, React-query) and is thoughtful about AI's role in the future of generative interfaces. They will partner directly with our solution teams and enterprise customers to rapidly iterate and deploy solutions using a combination of Dotwork platform primitives and last-mile development. This highly collaborative role places you at the intersection of engineering, product, design, and AI. You will work directly on customer problems, crafting interactive, tailored solutions built on the Dotwork platform - specifically focused on mission-critical strategy operations, planning, and tracking for large, innovative organizations. Many of which are household names.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly interactive frontend solutions that directly address complex enterprise challenges.
• Engage closely with customer teams to deeply understand their strategic and operational needs, translating these into user-centric, data-rich experiences.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate solutions, continuously refining features based on direct user feedback.
• Ensure solutions are robust, performant, and seamlessly integrated into customer workflows related to strategic planning, operational coordination, and performance analytics.
• Serve as an embedded technical partner, clearly articulating technical capabilities, constraints, and opportunities to stakeholders across various organizational levels.
• Collaborate proactively with Dotwork’s internal product, engineering, and field teams to inform the broader product roadmap and keep a tight feedback loop.
