Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

ContextQA is an AI-native testing platform that helps engineering teams test smarter by leveraging real user behavior and application context to reduce risk and accelerate releases. As a Senior AI-Driven Frontend Engineer, you will architect and build scalable, high-performance user interfaces for their enterprise platform.

Responsibilities

• Actively leverage AI coding assistants and generative tools to write, refactor, and test Angular code.
• Architect and implement complex, interactive, and highly scalable user interfaces.
• Deliver pixel-perfect UIs that are consistent across browsers and devices, ensuring smooth animations and exceptional user experiences.
• Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed, reducing load times, and managing complex state cleanly at an enterprise scale.
• Own the frontend codebase, its architecture, and its ultimate success in the hands of users.
• Work tightly with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, and Backend Engineering teams.
• Research and propose new frontend paradigms or AI tools to give the team a competitive edge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building complex web applications.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Proven ability or strong eagerness to adopt AI tooling in daily workflows.
• A keen eye for detail and design, with the ability to implement premium UIs flawlessly.
• Solid understanding of consuming REST/GraphQL APIs, backend concepts, databases, cloud infrastructure, and web security principles.
• Experience with Angular version migration.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, operate without micro-management, and possess a strong growth mindset.
