The Senior Drupal Developer designs, develops, and enhances Drupal-based digital experiences that support CFA Institute’s business objectives. Working within an agile, cross-functional team, this role contributes throughout the software development lifecycle—from requirements and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. This position applies Drupal best practices and coding standards to produce secure, accessible, testable, and reusable solutions. The Senior Drupal Developer also contributes to technical decisions, mentors other developers, and partners with product, UX, engineering, and business stakeholders. The position is based in eligible jurisdictions in the United States or London and reports to the Platform Owner, CMS. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Drupal applications, including custom themes, modules, components, and integrations.
- Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing digital experiences using Drupal, Twig, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Translate business, product, and UX requirements into scalable solutions aligned with architecture, security, accessibility, and performance standards.
- Support
