About the role

As a Senior Consultant at Pindrop, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to our most strategic customers, delivering expert technical and business guidance through all phases of the solution lifecycle—from discovery and implementation to optimization and ongoing value realization. You’ll help the world’s most security-conscious organizations realize the full value of voice-based authentication and fraud prevention. Your impact will be visible in customer success, lasting relationships, and influence on the evolution of voice security. You’ll collaborate with top talent in technology and consulting, drive transformative projects, and shape industry best practices—all while growing your own expertise and career in a cutting-edge space.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex client engagements: assess needs, define solutions, and drive successful outcomes that maximize customer value from Pindrop’s platform.
  • Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and executive briefings on best practices for authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze client business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that enable operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Guide customer teams through complex integrations and change management, resolving technical issues and ensuring adoption of Pindrop solutions.
  • Develop and maintain thought leadership—authoring white papers, case studies, and reusable best practice resources for both customers and internal teams.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and consulting excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or customer-facing technical roles in SaaS, cloud, security, or fintech environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex client engagements and solve challenging business/technical problems.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, or voice-driven technologies.
  • Outstanding client relationship skills and comfort presenting to C-level/executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with contact center technology, voice biometrics, or security solution integration.
  • Management consulting background or work in high-growth technology environments.
  • Technical certifications (AWS, security, networking) or advanced degree.
  • Background producing thought leadership content (whitepapers, best practices).

Pay

US Base Pay Range: $109,000 USD - $131,000 USD. This position is eligible for additional compensation in the form of an annual discretionary bonus and commission payments.
