About the role
As part of a multi-disciplined technology development team, you will collaborate with RF, Mechanical, System, and Software engineers to develop and validate new and existing designs. Responsibilities include the selection, development, and integration of FPGAs for system-level designs, spanning low-level hardware control and status for embedded systems, high-speed links, high-level IP blocks, and custom hardware-accelerated algorithms and filters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate FPGAs for system-level designs, including low-level hardware control, high-speed links, IP blocks, and custom hardware-accelerated algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RF, Mechanical, System, and Software engineers) to validate designs.
- Perform verification using RTL and gate-level simulations and debug.
- Work with FPGA/computer peripherals and I/O subsystems, such as DDR memory, flash, PCIe, 1G/10G Ethernet, SPI, I2C, clocking, and synchronization subsystems.
- Utilize lab debug equipment, including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
