Senior FP&A Manager

About the role

Technology startup based in LA is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to join their team, reporting directly into the CFO and serving as a strategic finance partner to all business leaders. This is a very hands-on role where you'll fully own the operating model, daily cash forecasting, and all financial reporting/variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance leadership/CFO on all budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Own monthly financial reporting
• Own the bottoms-up 3-statement model
• Support capital markets and treasury functions
• Build and integrate IA into all models and workflows
• Own weekly cash forecasting

Requirements

• 6+ years of finance experience including 2+ in investment banking
• 2+ years FP&A experience at a high-growth technology company
• Experience building and owning a full 3-statement operating model
• Love of being in a 'startup'—roll up your sleeves!

Schedule

This role will have in-office requirements 3-4x per week in Los Angeles.
