Senior FP&A Analyst | Fully Remote US

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on expense-side financial planning and analysis, with an emphasis on forecasting, variance analysis, and budget management. You will partner closely with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support headcount planning, reconciliations, and broader financial decision‑making. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a remote‑first environment while helping improve visibility into business performance and operational spend. Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and prepare closure packages.
• Oversee expense‑side P&L forecasting in collaboration with finance teams and executives.
• Partner with departments on headcount and expense planning, maintaining regular reconciliations.
• Participate in ad hoc finance and accounting projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in FP&A.
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights or equivalent financial planning software.
• Experience in the SaaS industry and international finance is a plus.
• Understanding of expense‑side P&L and other financial statements.
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.

Pay

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually.
