Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments to gather and analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures
• Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support short-term and long-term planning over various time frames
• Analyze results for reasonableness and accuracy, making adjustments as necessary and providing output along with recommendations to department leaders for planning future growth
• Create financial reports and dashboards to simplify financial results
• Work with Accounting Manager on weekly vendor payment strategies
• Initiate EFT payments
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or related field); MBA or relevant professional certification preferred
• 3+ years of financial planning and analysis experience
• Experience building financial models
• Working knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles)
• Exceptional skills working with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, ERP systems (Sage X3 is a plus), SQL, Power BI development, & Tableau development a plus
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately

Physical Demands

• Ability to work beyond regularly scheduled hours during peak periods or critical operations
• Able to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment that may include exposure to odors, dust, moderate noise levels, and fluctuations in temperature and ventilation
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and regularly perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing, bending, stooping, squatting, and using hands for detailed tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day; able to handle heavier items with proper lifting equipment or team-assisted techniques to ensure safety
• Physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting, climbing, and using hand and power tools, including pallet jacks, scales, ladders, and standard material handling and cleaning equipment
