As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer at Commure, you'll play a crucial role in collaborating directly with healthcare clients, understanding their needs, and actively participating in the design and implementation of customized solutions. Responsibilities

  • Be willing to travel up to 35% of the time to client sites, build on-site, and demo.
  • Participate in the implementation process, aiding in the integration of our solutions into client settings.
  • Provide technical assistance and contribute to problem-solving during deployment and integration phases.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare clients to understand their technology needs, compliance requirements, and patient care goals.
  • Support our development and engineering teams in crafting tailored solutions for the healthcare industry.
  • Identify and address technical challenges encountered during project implementation.
  • Aid in creating and updating technical documentation to streamline client onboarding and system maintenance.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in healthcare technology and regulations to help propose relevant solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL.
  • Experience building 0-1 products.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Eagerness to collaborate and ability to engage confidently with clients.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, client-focused healthcare environment.
