Responsibilities
- Design and execute laboratory experiments to evaluate color performance, stability, and functionality across a range of product applications.
- Analyze experimental data and prepare technical reports, specifications, and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer projects, troubleshoot formulation challenges, and transfer products from development to manufacturing.
- Stay current with market trends, ingredient innovations, and advancements in natural color technologies.
- Support scale up activities, technical presentations, and customer interactions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong background in food product development, formulation, and R&D.
- Hands-on laboratory experience including experimental design, stability testing, analytical techniques, and accurate record keeping.
- Understanding of how natural colors perform across different food and beverage matrices and processing conditions.
- Knowledge of food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including GMP and HACCP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple technical projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to both technical and commercial audiences.
