Senior Fleet Planner

About the role

As Senior Fleet Planner, you will own the operational orchestration of Waabi's vehicle fleet. You will be the connective tissue between our vehicles, our crews, our commercial customers, and our internal tooling, making sure the right vehicle is in the right place, with the right people, at the right time. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at the intersection of logistics, technology, and real-world autonomous operations. What you build here will directly shape how Waabi runs its fleet for years to come. As our fleet scales and our commercial commitments grow, so does the operational complexity behind every run: coordinating vehicles across sites, managing crew availability, tracking every vehicle across its lifecycle, and ensuring every handoff happens without a hitch.
