Senior Fleet Mechanic
. Also "TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis." That's application instruction? Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not exactly instruction to apply; but it's about ongoing basis; maybe we can keep as a short p. However instructions: remove application instructions. "TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis." is basically an application instruction; we should drop it. Also "You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job." That's a requirement; we can include in a p maybe under Requirements? Could be part of "Education And Experience Requirements"? Might be separate. We'll include as a p under a generic "Requirements" maybe. We need headings: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to these headings.
We have:
- About the role: could be Job Description + Position Overview combined. Use About the role
then
with description. - Responsibilities: list bullet points. - Requirements: Education And Experience Requirements plus maybe location/US requirement. - Qualifications: maybe ASE Certification etc? Actually that is part of Requirements. Could combine. - Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. - Benefits: mention Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), other programs and perks. - Pay: Pay Ranges $50,400.00 - $84,000.00. - Schedule: not mentioned; so we should NOT create Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler. So only include sections where we have real content. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract. Job Description: "TruGreen is committed to providing personalized attention for our associates. We focus on developing our people by building proud, dynamic teams while helping associates reach their personal and professional goals. We continuously strive to make TruGreen an employer of choice and "a great place to work!"" Position Overview: "Performs scheduled and preventative maintenance to production equipment, fleet vehicles and specialized equipment. Repairs equipment and orders parts as necessary. Maintains service/repair records." Combine these into About the role. Responsibilities list: - Diagnoses and repairs fleet vehicle chassis and specialized vehicle back-end tank, pump and spray systems. - Diagnoses and repairs tractors, forklifts, small engines and specialized equipment (aerators, seeders, spreaders, etc.) - Responsible for accurately documenting all repairs in an electronic maintenance management system. - Maintain parts inventory and work area in clean and orderly fashion - Arranges, follows up and documents outsourced maintenance performed by vendors and local service providers - Develops and executes preventative maintenance programs - Prepares and manages maintenance budget - Responds to vehicle and equipment breakdowns in field as needed/required Education And Experience Requirements: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 5 years automotive mechanic experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience - ASE Certification and/or successful completion of an Automotive Technology Program from a certified school required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: - Ability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team. - Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, etc.) - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. - Mathematical skills to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. - Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Attention to detail. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Time management and organizational skills, including punctuality for on-time attendance. Physical Demands & Working Conditions: we could include as a separate section maybe "Working Conditions". Not in the list of headings but we could still use
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
as it's a heading from posting. The instruction says usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we can use other headings if they exist. Probably okay to include Physical Demands & Working Conditions as a heading. But we need to avoid filler. It has substantive content. Pay: $50,400.00 - $84,000.00 plus description. Benefits: "In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks." Also mention veterans hiring statement? That's EEO boilerplate; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The veterans statement is part of EEO? It says "TruGreen is proud to affirm our commitment to hiring veterans..." That's maybe not boilerplate but still EEO-related. Might be considered EEO content; we should remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So drop that. Also drop California/Massachusetts residents legal text. Also drop "To learn more, please visit EEOC/EEO | TruGreen (trugreenjobs.com)." Also drop "TruGreen is committed to Diversity and Inclusion..." That's also EEO. Also drop "We encourage diverse candidates to apply to this position. We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - Minorities/Females/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities." Also drop "To learn more, please visit EEOC/EEO | TruGreen (trugreenjobs.com)." Also drop "California Residents: ..." and "Massachusetts Residents: ..." Also drop "TruGreen performs pre-employment testing. To view our disclaimer, https://trugreenjobs.com/us/en/disclaimer" Also drop "TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis." Also drop the address? Might keep as metadata short p. We need to include location maybe as a p: "Location: 70 Mill Plain Road, Danbury, Connecticut 06811". The job ID 101942 maybe drop. Let's craft HTML. Structure:
Location: 70 Mill Plain Road, Danbury, Connecticut 06811
