Senior Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer
About the Role
We are currently seeking a fitness professional to teach classes in Richfield on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys working with the older adult population, has a vibrant and outgoing personality, and a background in personal training, group fitness, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other related experience.
Our trainers receive ongoing support and training and can build flexible schedules around other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Teach fitness classes for older adults
- Provide personalized training sessions (1:1 or group)
- Support a fitness-minded workplace culture
- Deliver high-quality services to senior communities
Requirements
- Experience in personal training or group fitness classes
- Previous background working with seniors (health and wellness, caregiving, or physical therapy a plus)
- National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA-accredited equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices
