We can put under Qualifications.

- Then "WORK ENVIRONMENT" includes mental and physical requirements. Could be part of Requirements or separate? Not a standard heading but we could include under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can map mental/physical to Requirements (or maybe Qualifications). We'll include under Requirements.
- Then "NEXT STEPS" is application instruction, remove.
- Then hashtags etc, remove.
- Then "As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. We need Pay section with that range. Also note "A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits."
Thus Benefits section.
- Then "We are always accepting applications." remove.

Sedgwick is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace" This is EEO boilerplate, remove.
Thus final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Schedule not present (no schedule info). So omit Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now craft HTML.
We'll use
About the role
thenparagraphs. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine multiple paragraphs. Let's draft About the role: combine company description and role overview. Paragraph 1: EFI Global description. Paragraph 2: We are seeking an experienced Fire Investigator based North Carolina to support complex origin and cause investigations in a full‑time, remote role. This position is ideal for a self‑directed professional who values technical rigor, clear communication, and teamwork while delivering unbiased, defensible findings. IAAI‑CFI certification is strongly preferred, with NAFI‑CFEI required at minimum, reflecting our commitment to industry standards, safety, and integrity. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide clients with reliable conclusions and exceptional service across the region. Prefer Candidate in the greater Los Angeles or San Diego area area. Paragraph 3: PRIMARY PURPOSE: To independently conduct extensive and detailed investigations to determine origin & cause of fires and explosions, primarily involving structures and determining the cause of fires in commercial buildings or residences. Now Responsibilities: combine essential and additional functions. We'll list each as
- .
We need to ensure we don't duplicate. We'll list all 13 essential + 3 additional = 16 items.
Now Qualifications: Education & Licensing: Bachelor's degree preferred; IAAI-CFI preferred; minimum NAFI-CFEI required.
We'll put as
- ... maybe combine.
But Qualifications heading maybe includes education/licensing and experience? However we have separate Requirements heading for experience and work environment. Let's follow instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need Qualifications separate from Requirements.
Thus Qualifications: Education & Licensing (Bachelor's degree preferred; IAAI-CFI preferred; minimum NAFI-CFEI required).
Requirements: Experience (Five (5) years of fire investigation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.) plus Work Environment (mental and physical). We'll list mental and physical as bullet points under Requirements.
Skills: list as bullet.
Benefits: list as bullet.
Pay: paragraph with range.
Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate.
Let's craft.
Need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll produce:
