Senior Financial Systems Analyst: Peoplesoft Financials

For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst: PeopleSoft Financials to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Provide expert functional support and analysis for financial systems
• Identify and drive process enhancements for efficiency improvements
• Lead new system implementations and oversee user testing
• Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions
• Maintain detailed documentation for financial systems and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of functional support experience specifically with PeopleSoft Financials
• Working knowledge of PeopleTools and SQR
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in writing SQL statements

Pay

$105,232 – $142,310 annually
