Responsibilities
- Covers coordination with business partner FP&A team to prepare and validate consolidated planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Serves as a key contributor in maintaining the financial planning system, developing the system roadmap and implementing business process and system enhancement initiatives.
- Supports the development of planning and forecasting material.
- Supports the Manager of FP&A in creating reporting packages, works closely with business partner FP&A and accounting teams to gather inputs and validate data accuracy, and contributes analytical commentary and performance insights.
- Supports the development of financial models and runs scenario analyses under the FP&A Manager / Director’s guidance to support decision-making and executive discussions.
- Maintains FP&A systems, executes data uploads and reconciliations, and supports system enhancements and process improvements under the Manager's direction.
- Works closely with business partner FP&A and accounting teams to gather inputs, consolidate data, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Supports risk management activities within FP&A, including and not limited to: process risk assessment, Process Procedure and RCM updates, RCSA, KI reporting, Data Governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or MBA in Finance or similar degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis supporting business or technology areas.
