Senior Financial Analyst- Student Nutrition

Job Responsibilities

• RFP/RFQ technical review: Document requirements, risks, and evaluation factors; compare and contrast against existing solutions.
• Site Survey: Coordinate on-site survey teams to collect necessary data and information.
• Program design: Choose meal programs, menus, and food costs with local operators; establish labor structure for competitive bids.
• Financial Proforma: Enter program and economic data into sales proforma spreadsheet to calculate bid price, client return, and Aramark profitability.
• Proposal: Assist with customizing proposals to highlight Aramark’s strengths.
• Presentation: Prepare and present technical content for client meetings.
• Training and New Account Mobilizations: Conduct needs assessments, coordinate resources, and provide on-site training and system implementation.

Qualifications

• Previous operational/financial experience in K-12 foodservice market preferred.
• College degree in business, foodservice management, or related field required.
• Operational vision and passion for standardized processes and systems.
• Strong computer skills, especially with spreadsheets and modeling.
• Ability to translate data into clear communication and presentations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and group presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to travel approximately 20-30% of time, including overnight travel.
