Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Finance - FP&A

About the role

This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the consolidated financial model for planning and forecasting
• Run the end-to-end forecast cycle, providing risk and opportunity assessments
• Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives and capital allocation
• Manage executive financial deliverables like Weekly Business Reviews and Board materials
• Provide analysis explaining variances between actuals and forecasts
• Collaborate with finance counterparts to synthesize inputs into a corporate view
• Create Excel/Google Sheet models to solve complex business questions
• Define KPIs and automate reporting processes
• Identify and implement improvements in planning and reporting infrastructure

Qualifications

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting
• Exceptional financial modeling skills, including P&L and scenario models
• Proficient in manipulating large datasets; SQL or Looker experience a plus
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex analyses to leadership
• Strategic thinking and intellectual curiosity
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking
• Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
