Senior Financial Analyst, Store Finance Payroll P&L

Responsibilities

• Budget & Forecast the Store Payroll expenses of the organization, including but not limited to:
• Weekly financial review and analysis of Store Payroll expenses in order to identify opportunities to optimize payroll costs and maximize sales and profit
• Clearly and concisely structure analysis and communication of key issues to leaders
• Work cross-functionally with Store Operations and other Victoria’s Secret departments
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners
• Influence Stores leadership to action profit impacting opportunities
• Use project management skills to handle multiple work streams simultaneously
• Undertake special / ad hoc projects as needed, including sensitivity and “what-if” analysis
• Manage key business reporting deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3-5 years relevant Finance or Accounting experience in Retail environment
• Advanced PC skill proficiency including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated leadership capability and executive presence
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with various levels of management
• Comfortable with environment of change and group decision making
• Excellent communication and team building skills
• Retail experience is a plus
