Senior Financial Analyst, NACF

About the role

The NACF Finance team supports operational and functional leaders in North America. Our team focuses on cost controllership, ROI analysis, and providing financial insights for defect reduction processes and initiatives across supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyze business problems with limited guidance
• Align financial and operational analyses with business partners, challenging assumptions when necessary
• Identify and solve complex data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution
• Develop and execute data analysis processes that are scalable and auditable
• Communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner
• Create effective business partnerships with Site Leaders, manage competing priorities, and provide guidance during unexpected events

Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Skills

• Ability to learn and be curious while working through complex ambiguity
• Thinking big while inventing and simplifying for process improvement

Pay

Base salary range for this position is $66,900.00 - $117,100.00 USD annually.
