Senior Financial Analyst - Managed Services
About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst is a critical member within the Workforce Technology team (WTT), responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and strategic insight across the teams/areas – including Workplace Technology Deployment, Logistics, Support, Governance, Contract Management, Performance Management and Business Management.
Responsibilities
- Translate operational performance into actionable financial intelligence that informs leadership decisions, strengthens vendor accountability, and drives cost-effective service delivery.
- Serve as the financial backbone of WTT, influencing provider strategy, elevating business case ROI, and ensuring operational decisions are grounded in financial clarity and business value.
- Partner with leaders across IT, Finance, and our Managed Services Providers to drive decisions that optimize spending and strengthen the employee experience.
- Participate in refresh cycles, deployment strategies, contract negotiations, and long-range planning, serving as a trusted advisor at the center of our operational and financial provider models.
Requirements
- Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii).
- Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of related financial analysis experience.
- Must have experiences within IT operations, managed services or technology environments.
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, spend analysis, invoicing and pricing analysis/modeling.
- Proficient with Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables) and Power Query.
- Experience in managed service provider (MSP) delivery models and financial models, service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor governance.
- Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with IT asset management concepts.
- Understanding of the Net Book Value (NBV) calculator, cost/price model, and financial dashboards.

- Ability to interpret and synthesize operational and financial data into compelling leadership insights and trends.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to clearly communicate financial information and concepts.

Application Instructions
This position offers the opportunity to work fully remote within the United States (except for Alaska and/or Hawaii). Team members who choose virtual / remote work should have an adequate space to serve as their home office, and must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours. This position will require employees to come on site to one of our St. Louis campus locations a few times per year for meetings/events or as needed.
