Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A (Onsite)

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Reporting and Analysis: Support the month-end close process through preparation, analysis, and delivery of accurate and timely financial reports to key business stakeholders highlighting results of operations and strategic projects.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights into business and project performance.
• Enhance Reporting: Enhance reporting to improve the usefulness of information through analytical procedures and visualization tools.
• Monitor Financial Trends: Monitor financial trends and identify risks or opportunities to achieve financial goals.

Planning and Forecasting

• Budgets and Forecasts: Support the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans for both operations and strategic projects.
• Business Alignment: Partner with business functions to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals.
• Forecast Updates: Actively update financial forecasts based on changing business conditions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline planning or forecasting processes.

Project Support

• Project Leadership: Lead or support cross-functional projects, including financial process improvement initiatives.
• Platform Enhancements: Serve as a key finance partner with financial platform enhancements and maintenance activities such as chargeback allocation models and methodologies.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems by adhering to and enforcing data governance guidelines and best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, HR, and operations teams to optimize system functionality for financial reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Business – preferably accounting or finance concentration
• Experience: 3 - 4 Years of relevant work experience
• Advanced Education: Master’s Degree, Business – preferred
• Professional Certifications: CPA or CFA or candidates for one or both – preferred
