Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year projections (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow).
- Partner with business leaders to analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, trends, and risks/opportunities.
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year.
- Support the CFO with board-level reporting, strategic planning, and liquidity management initiatives.
- Drive improvements in cash flow forecasting, working capital analytics, and scenario modeling.
- Enhance financial models and dashboards to improve visibility into profitability, operating trends, and business performance.
- Collaborate with Accounting and other departments to ensure consistency between financial reporting and operational metrics.
- Contribute to the implementation of new financial systems, tools, and reporting automation (e.g., Power BI, Great Plains enhancements, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance (8+ years for Manager level).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Great Plains, or other ERP systems preferred.
- Experience in distribution, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries a plus.
- Understanding of cash flow, working capital, and financial covenant compliance preferred.
