Job Summary
Drive the profitability of major housing developments at Harmony Homes. Join us as a Senior Financial Analyst (Construction & Development).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for land development and vertical construction.
- Run ROI, margin projections, and cash flow forecasts that determine project feasibility.
- Work side-by-side with Project Managers to translate construction schedules into financial data.
- Perform monthly variance analysis on labor, materials, and subs to catch cost risks early.
- Create executive dashboards using Power BI/Excel to tell the story of project performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years progressive experience in FP&A, Construction Finance, or Development Finance.
- Understanding of WIP (Work in Progress), Draw Schedules, and Cost-to-Complete accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build models from scratch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate.
