Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
• Partner with department leaders to analyze financial performance and provide recommendations that improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Support month‑end financial analysis, KPI reporting, and long‑range planning initiatives.
• Assist with month‑end close journal entries and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of financial analysis, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Pay

Salary: $75,000‑$90,000
