Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial business by contributing to BI reporting and design initiatives and serving as a super user of Power BI, SAP S/4 and Fiori.
- Develop and enhance dashboards in partnership with Sales Operations to support performance management for North America Commercial and Biosciences.
- Drive standardization and automation of reporting processes and metrics.
- Partner in integrating financial and business data systems to ensure accurate, consistent reporting.
- Analyze and report key business drivers through weekly and monthly Commercial reporting for Biosciences, Mosaic China and India Distribution businesses.
- Evaluate profitability, volume, and pricing across customers, products, and locations to identify performance improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
- Monitor sales activity, ensuring data accuracy and resolving discrepancies, while leveraging advanced analytics to enhance insights.
- Provide backup support for the North America Commercial business teams as needed.
- Cook up and consolidate Commercial business financial budgets and forecasts for Biosciences, Mosaic China and India Distribution businesses.
- Analyze, challenge the business, identify and recommend performance and cost improvement opportunities and facilitate a meaningful review of individual country budgets/forecast with Commercial leadership.
- Work to improve the forecasting process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with major in Accounting, Finance or Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience.
- Experience developing automated dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
- Experience preparing and analyzing financial models and decision support tools.
- Must be proficient in a Microsoft Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience/Knowledge of SAP preferred.
