Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Focused on revenue related and operating expenses, conducting financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for use in the development of financial business decisions.
- Drive the month end close in partnership with the business and accounting for your area.
- Utilize month end close results and business insights to develop and lead a 12-month rolling forecast.
- Assists with the annual budget process as well as periodic re-forecasts.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams serving as their trusted financial advisor.
- Works closely with accounting management and senior management in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Promotes efficiency within the financial reporting process through new templates, systems, and data relationships.
- Reconciles general ledger data to various sub-ledger and system data.
- Aids in developing presentations to executive management, affiliates, and external entities.
- Develops appropriate planning and reporting tools using current and new systems.
- Identifies financial risks and recommends mitigation strategies, while also ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Performs ad hoc financial analysis of financial and operating metrics as directed by management.
- Supports business areas as needed on special projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Finance Analysis or Accounting.
- Advanced Excel including Power Query and Power Pivot.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism, while effectively multitasking and prioritizing diverse tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, finance, or related field.
Skills Required
- Travel 0-10% - as required on an as needed basis.
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; Houston, TX; Phoenix, AZ.
