Senior Financial Analyst

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
• Experience: Associate degree plus 10 plus years of relevant healthcare finance experience OR bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of work experience in finance, accounting, or revenue cycle.
• Experience with database and decision support systems.
• Other Skills/Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Demonstrated advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs such as Excel. Demonstrated strong analytical skills to gather, manipulate and interpret large amounts of data and transform into useable information to address operational and system related problems. Demonstrated ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines; strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly; and strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to command respect and confidence with professional peers. Understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Experience: Experience with finance in an integrated healthcare environment.
• Licensure/Certification: CPA, CMA, MBA, CHFP

Pay

Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
