Responsibilities
- Own the financial models that power annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with clear variance analysis and business performance insights
- Partner with the Director of FP&A and CFO to prepare Board materials, executive presentations, and strategic analyses
- Analyze operational and financial trends across markets and business initiatives to surface actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to translate business intelligence tools into meaningful performance visibility for leadership
- Leverage a variety of AI analytical tools to derive insights and key performance indicators for key stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, management consulting, or a similarly analytical finance role
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; able to build, stress-test, and document complex models from scratch
- Strong PowerPoint skills; able to translate financial analysis into clear, executive-ready presentations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment with intellectual curiosity and composure
Qualifications
- Comfort owning an analytical process from blank spreadsheet to executive presentation, with no one handing you a template
- Genuine curiosity about how businesses operate, you dig into the numbers because you want to understand what’s actually driving performance, not just report it
- The ability to shift between deep-focus modeling work and clear, concise communication with senior leaders in the same day
- A bias toward clarity: when the data is messy or the answer is uncertain, you say so clearly and frame the options rather than hiding behind ambiguity
- An instinct to build things that last: you document your models, build in flexibility, and hand off processes that others can actually use
