Senior Financial Analyst

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecast package (including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow) on a consolidated basis
• Prepare annual budget and strategic plan packages (including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow) on a consolidated basis
• Maintain analysts’ summary and related analysts’ financial statements for use by executive management
• Analysis of various balance sheet and income statement accounts while working with Group and Division Controllers: SG&A by functional area, Working capital including Inventory, AR & AP, Various accrued expenses (wages, bonuses, etc.)
• Compilation and analysis of pretax income by legal entity provided to Tax Department
• Prepare weekly forecast updates comparing to prior guidance and forecast
• Prepare pro forma forecast/budget packages (including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow) to include potential acquisitions
• AI integration into reporting processes
• Variad ad hoc reports/analyses used by executive management

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strict attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills- ability to detect trends, problems or flaws; determine root causes; identify issues creating change, opportunity or problem; partnering with others to drive solutions
• Proficient in Excel, hands-on experience or a strong interest in leveraging AI tools and automation workflows to streamline financial processes is preferred.
