Responsibilities
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting for Gift Solutions, including analysis of revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and key performance drivers.
- Monitor business performance trends and prepare analyses that compare actual results to budgets, forecasts, and operating projections.
- Partner with team to improve reporting processes, strengthen financial controls, and support execution against financial targets.
- Communicate financial results, risks, and opportunities to leaders using clear analysis, reporting, and presentation materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning and analysis supporting business performance, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience in financial analysis using Microsoft Excel for modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Experience preparing presentations and communicating financial results to management using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and similar business tools.
- Experience identifying data discrepancies across systems and resolving reporting issues through analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in analyzing revenue, cost of goods sold and operating expenses within an operations-focused environment.
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) and operational systems.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting in a large, matrixed organization.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
