Senior Financial Analyst

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business field with a finance background
• Five (5) years’ experience in finance related field
• Non-profit, healthcare environment experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Strong background in financial analysis, modeling, budget, and project management
• Proficient in use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other analytical tools such as PowerBI
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Requirements

• Prepare financial models for revenue, operating expenses and cash flows, including budgets, forecasts and long-term planning
• Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers
• Maintain key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvements
• Create reports for Program and Leadership as requested and generate existing reports for analysis
• Track investments and trends to ensure alignment with financial goals
• Work as a team player with focus on the organization’s mission/vision and values
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations
• Professionally represent the organization, clearly communicating our mission, philosophy, values, goals and expectations, internally and externally
• Effectively communicate complex financial information to various audiences

Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial software
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial forecasting

Pay

$90,000 annually, based upon experience and education.

Hours: 9am-5pm onsite in our Manchester headquarters.
