About the role

Chewy seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Healthcare Finance team. This role combines finance expertise with practical financial statement knowledge to support strategic decision-making and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform modeling and analytics to synthesize large data sets and deliver business insights, reports, and recommendations
• Aid in reporting and financial performance management frameworks, defining key metrics and performance indicators
• Collaborate with the broader Finance team, Healthcare Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Accounting to understand the business and operations
• Participate in strategic planning, target setting, and annual/quarterly planning processes
• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and adherence to Chewy's policies and procedures
• Pursue continuous improvement across Merchandising, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or Economics
• 3+ years of relevant finance experience with a grasp of GAAP and financial statements
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL coding, Hyperion Smartview, Tableau, and Oracle ERP
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $86,500 - $138,500.00. Additional benefits include:

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $86,500 - $138,500.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including relevant experience, education, and work location.

Schedule

This is an exempt salary position with unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Employees receive six paid holidays per year and may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
