About the Role
This is a temporary (90-day term), full-time, non-exempt position based out of our Tucson, AZ office. The role focuses on developing experience in day-to-day responsibilities and projects related to Accounting, Finance, & Contracts Management while gaining exposure to other facets of the company. You will work side-by-side with team members and leaders to analyze the company's financial performance and support the enhancement of processes and efficiencies for internal reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create financial models to support growth
- Document current processes, while highlighting any inefficiencies
- Assist with the production of internal forecasting/modeling and reporting on topics such as budgeting, capital expense, management reporting, and ad-hoc reporting
- Learn and become proficient with various internal software systems
- Assist with and provide suggestions for the creation of automated processes to drive efficiencies and improve performance
- Perform special projects related to finance on an as-needed basis
- Support financial consulting and strategic support to senior management, including preparing presentations, financial analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, and other projects to provide insights and support optimal business decision-making
Requirements
- Current undergraduate with a focus in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop, evaluate, and implement solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent undergraduate with a focus in Finance or Accounting
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Pay
$35.00 per hour

- U.S. citizenship is required to meet position eligibility.
