Responsibilities
- Provide financial support to CIO, 5 Vice Presidents and global IT staff of over 700 people
- Manage a budget of approx. $400M including large capital projects
- Create business cases for large digital investments and complex multi-year technology contracts
- Lead productivity programs that lower the IT organization's cost to serve
- Ensure that the highest return on investment programs are funded by managing the > $50M project portfolio
- Partner with Global Analytics and Insights organization that provides FP&A support
- Renewals and accounting treatment for $140M of license and maintenance contracts
- Ensure that VP's staffs understand financial results and reduce risks
- Provide financial support for long-term strategy including ERP roadmaps
- Focus on main causes which include large and variable type expenses to ensure that finance support is providing the highest value, based on capacity
- Lead quarterly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
