About the role

The Senior Finance Manager - FP&A is a key contributor to the Company's monthly close and forecast processes, management reporting, annual and long-range plan, variance analysis and ad-hoc corporate finance projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly close activities, forecasting, and annual budget processes including consolidation and variance analytics.
  • Prepare monthly reporting on key financials for senior leadership and collaborate with business partners including regional finance teams and department owners.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage and develop one financial analyst.
  • Take complete ownership (build, maintain, and streamline) of complex financial models (including enterprise 3-statement model) to drive results.
  • Continuously improve and automate forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Analyze and work with large volumes of data from a variety of sources to provide business insights and guidance to senior management.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience: 8+ Years

  • Experience in managing and developing financial analysts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
  • Experience with financial modeling and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Benefits
