Senior Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A (REMOTE East Coast)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A (REMOTE East Coast) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will own core corporate financial planning and analysis processes, with a focus on long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. You will partner closely with senior finance leadership and business unit finance teams to provide clear visibility into risks, opportunities, and performance trends. The position also plays an important role in close activities and in consolidating business inputs into a cohesive corporate view that supports strategic decision-making. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities Manage FP&A processes including long-range planning, budgeting, and monthly reporting Support senior finance leadership in preparing business reviews highlighting risks and opportunities Assist with quarter-close and month-end close activities in collaboration with Accounting Consolidate business-unit submissions into corporate-level budget and forecast files Ensure consistency in reporting definitions and methodology with business unit finance teams Qualifications Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business 7+ years of experience in Finance (FP&A) with proven success Experience with SAP, Oracle EPM, and Business Objects preferred Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage conflict effectively Benefits Remote work flexibility for East Coast candidates Opportunity to partner with senior finance and business leaders Engagement in strategic financial planning and analysis Involvement in high-impact business reviews Collaboration with diverse finance teams across the organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
