Senior Finance Manager, Corporate and G&A

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning processes across the organization including forecasting and executive consolidations
• Champion strategic financial collaboration with G&A leadership teams to inform investment decisions
• Architect and refine corporate financial models and reporting frameworks for data-driven insights
• Conduct variance analysis and scenario planning to improve operational discipline and performance understanding
• Manage payroll, tax, and benefits guidance closely with the Total Rewards team to ensure alignment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS companies
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial planning processes like annual planning and long-range forecasting
• Advanced financial modeling skills with expertise in SaaS metrics and headcount planning
• Prominent success in collaborating with senior business leaders to influence financial decisions
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for translating complex data into clear presentations
