About the role

The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial by nature, a strategic thinker, analytical in approach, have a demonstrated ability to develop financial models that provide intelligence for business decisions and able to leverage their project management skills to drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop & maintain long range financial models to project and evaluate business performance against key goals and metrics
• Perform strategic financial analysis of key go-to-market strategies, including; country prioritization, partnership evaluation and sales strategy
• Create and implement revenue and cost models models to be incorporated into business reviews
• Project manage financial deliverables aligned to business objectives
• Create and implement financial and operating performance metrics, identifying key call outs and drivers to senior management
• Develop financial benchmarking analysis of key competitors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• Experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives
• 8+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications: Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making
• Preferred Qualifications: MBA, or CPA Experience recruiting, hiring and developing talent

Skills

• Experience in applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Experience in dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
