Century Group is partnering with a client to add a Senior Finance Associate to their team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial activities for real estate investments, including budget reviews, financial performance analysis, and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
- Prepare valuation models and investment analyses to support reporting, planning, and strategic decision making.
- Coordinate with external partners, property operators, and accounting teams to support audits and financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor financial metrics, lending requirements, and investment performance indicators across multiple assets.
- Develop and enhance financial controls, reporting processes, and operational procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment analysis, or a related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Previous experience preparing financial analyses, forecasts, budgets, and management reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
Qualifications
- A professional certification.
- Previous experience in real estate, partnership accounting, investment management, or related industries.
- Background in public accounting, audit, or financial due diligence.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external stakeholders.
Pay
Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
