Senior Finance Analyst, Manufacturing Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly and quarterly financial close activities for assigned functional areas.
  • Prepare and consolidate forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning assumptions.
  • Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, reporting, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze departmental spending and provide actionable insights to business partners.
  • Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support operational decision-making.
  • Support COGS analysis, cost modeling, and gross margin reporting.
  • Consolidate operational forecasts and financial metrics across multiple organizations.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Power BI, SAP, Excel, and other analytics tools.
  • Partner with Accounting and Controllership teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal controls.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and management reporting packages.
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects for senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated, progressive FP&A, finance, or accounting experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and financial reporting systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced certification a plus.
  • Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, Power BI, Snowflake, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Semiconductor, manufacturing, operations finance, or supply chain finance experience.
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and close processes.
  • Proven track record of automation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
