Senior Finance Analyst #26-13310

Job Responsibilities

• Provides advice on highly complex audit matters and participates in large-scale business projects.
• Serves as a supervisor and provides direction and training to other staff while developing financial models.
• Makes decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues.
• Interprets policy in the absence of formal guidelines or precedents, exercising resourcefulness and ingenuity.
• Supports finance and accounting for potential acquisitions and ongoing major projects, including reviewing data room material, identifying potential financial accounting issues, and ensuring appropriate presentation of accounting treatment and accuracy of financial models.
• Assists the Energy Accounting, Pipeline Accounting, and Financial Reporting groups with financial research and analysis for special projects and financial statement review.

Qualifications

• A Finance or Accounting designation (e.g., CFA, CPA) is required.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years.
• An undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required.
