Job Responsibilities

• Provides advice on highly complex audit matters and participates in large-scale business projects.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in an area of expertise.
• Supervises and provides direction to other staff, and develops financial models.
• Makes decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues.
• Interprets policy in the absence of formal guidelines or precedents, exercising resourcefulness and ingenuity.
• Supports finance and accounting for potential acquisitions and ongoing major projects.
• Reviews data room material
• Identifies potential financial accounting issues
• Reviews financial models to ensure appropriate presentation of accounting treatment and accuracy
• Assists the Energy Accounting, Pipeline Accounting, and Financial Reporting groups with financial research and analysis for special projects.
• Contributes to financial statement reviews.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting Designation Required (e.g., CFA, CPA).
• Experience: 10 to 15 years.
