Senior Field Marketing Manager - North East

The Director of Field Marketing will lead regional field marketing strategy and execution across the North East and Canada, driving pipeline generation, revenue acceleration, and customer engagement in alignment with sales priorities.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the quarterly and annual field marketing plan and calendar for the Americas, aligned to regional revenue targets and sales priorities.
- Translate business goals into a structured mix of programs, including events, campaigns, ABM initiatives, and industry engagements.
- Allocate budget strategically across programs to maximize pipeline impact and ROI.
- Serve as the central owner of all regional events — including trade shows, owned events, executive dinners, third-party sponsorships, and internal events.
- Design and execute event strategies as pipeline-generating engines, ensuring clear targeting, account alignment, and follow-up plans.
- Partner closely with Regional Sales VPs and sales leadership to align marketing programs with account priorities, territory plans, and pipeline coverage needs.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to execute integrated, omni-channel campaigns within the region.
- Establish and track key performance metrics, including pipeline generation, pipeline influence, conversion rates, and ROI.
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on field marketing in enterprise software or technology.
- Proven track record of building and executing field marketing plans that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Deep experience managing and executing a wide range of events, including trade shows, executive programs, and owned events.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, account-based marketing, and marketing attribution.
- Exceptional ability to partner with Sales and influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $103,900 to $186,900 and represents a good faith estimate of the range at the time of posting. Eligible employees may also participate in bonus programs, sales incentives, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits, as applicable.
