Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies for the Enterprise sales organization
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align marketing programs with business goals
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns and events targeting diverse audiences
  • Analyze and optimize marketing performance through reporting and deal analysis
  • Maintain communication and conduct business reviews with sales stakeholders
  • Manage regional marketing calendars to ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Utilize various marketing channels to drive awareness and demand

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6-10 years of marketing experience with a successful track record
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience in high-tech or software
  • Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), events, digital, and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) markets preferred
  • Strong partnership skills with sales teams and ability to influence
  • Proven success in managing multiple priorities in a matrixed organization
