About the role

adjoe is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first‑party data and world‑class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue. At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, US, you will build the US event strategy together with leadership and lead its hands‑on execution, ensuring events drive business growth and strengthen adjoe’s brand positioning in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the regional event program end‑to‑end, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute the US event strategy in partnership with leadership.
  • Drive pipeline generation for both supply (Playtime & Arcade) and demand (adjoe Ads) lines of business.
  • Align regularly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure events support strategic priorities.
  • Plan, execute, and report on a variety of event types: industry trade shows, owned brand events, and executive hospitality events.

  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows to improve event quality, efficiency, and attendee experience.
  • Manage complex projects and relationships, communicating strategy and expectations clearly across functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record owning a regional event program end‑to‑end.
  • Senior event/field marketing experience in tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast‑paced agency environment.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, regularly aligning with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership.
  • Ability to design and execute industry trade shows, owned events, and executive hospitality events.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for sponsorships and partnership agreements.
